When can I get my ordered items?
The whole shipping process will be finished within 1-2 business days after ordering, we ship goods Monday to Friday and stop on weekends.
Domestic Shipping
All-round domestic delivery is operated by UPS, buyers spend average 3-7 business days to receive packages.
International Shipping
All-round overseas delivery is operated by DHL, buyers spend average 4-21 business days to receive packages.
Objectively speaking, international express takes longer to deliver, various customs inspection procedures will extend total shipping time.
Preppy Prodigy will not advance or settle any customs related fees appearing in international transportation.
